Refund and No show policy
You are entitled to a full refund if you don’t qualify for medical marijuana due to the lack of a condition that qualifies you for this program under Texas’s compassionate use program.
If you violate the medical Cannabinoids agreement your participation in this program will be terminated and you will be entitled to no refund. You will no longer be eligible for future medical cannabinoid prescriptions.
If you qualify for this program, agree to a prescription, and start taking the medication as indicated there is no guarantee given that this will help you and no refund will be given if it does not. This a shared decision to try this for your qualifying condition in hopes that it does help but as stated no guarantee can be given.
You are welcome to let me know if this isn’t working for you and I will disenroll you from the program and cancel any future appointments. No charges will be made for appointments that are cancelled due to disenrollling. You should then follow up with your primary care physician to discuss other treatment options/approaches for your medical condition.
